Description

Arts administration is a subcategory of the more commonly known career field non-profit management. This semester, I have conducted online research and interviewed professionals involved in various aspects of arts administration at venues like museums, theaters, performing arts centers, and even Susquehanna University. I then analyzed my findings to determine that knowledge and skills are needed for pursuing a successful career in arts administration. My presentation will explain exactly what arts administration is, and how to make a career out of it.
